How do I find the right size and fit of my coat or dress?

After you place the order, we will contact you to request your individual measurements. This service is included in the price. If you do not provide us with your individual measurements, we will use standard measurements based on the size you selected when placing the order.

What's the typical timeframe for order preparation?

All our outfits are made to order. To assist you in managing your expectations, we have outlined our production terms for your reference:

Bridal outfits 5-14 weeks

Bridal jewelry 1-3 weeks

Coat 1-2 weeks

Has my order been dispatched?

After the order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number for the parcel. This tracking number will enable you to monitor and trace the progress of your delivery.

Can a coat/dress be custom-made to fit individual measurements?

Usually, all our orders are tailored to the individual buyer's measurements for a perfect fit, or they can be made according to the size chart if the buyer chooses not to provide measurements.

We are also open to making alterations to your clothing even after you have received it, should you decide to make changes.

Custom and personalized orders

We can slightly amend all our items if you like us to (make other pockets, change the length or collar etc). If you want to customize one of our items or make something completely unique, please contact me before you place the order. We will discuss everything.
