Shipping Policy

We have free worldwide shipping via DHL/Fedex Express with tracking number. The delivery time is usually 6 to 10 working days approx within Europe and 6 to 12 working days approx from Europe to USA. Depends on the country, customs, and weather conditions.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes. Contact us before placing the order to get more information about those fees.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct to avoid loss of theft.

Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by customs. Unfortunately is out of our control, and we advise that you allow some time for the item to come. During holiday time (e. g. Christmas) customs work slower, so please place your orders in advance to get presents on time.

Once the item is sent, it becomes the accountability of the delivery service. We do not refund or replace items which were lost or damaged during the shipping.
