Returns and refunds — Clothes
1. All of our clothes are handmade and made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the item has been shipped.
2. Custom designs (pockets, collars, custom colors, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned.
3. Non-custom designs may be exchanged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges will be processed only after we receive the returned item.
5. Order cancellations:
Within 24 hours of placing the order: 100% refund.
6. Before the item is shipped: 50% refund in store credit (to partially cover materials and labor).
Items returned damaged or showing signs of use are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Alterations
We can always provide alterations for both custom and standard designs. The first alteration is usually free of charge. However this may vary depending on the amount of work. Please contact us beforehand to confirm the details. Usually customers are only responsible for the shipping costs to and from our atelier.
Returns and Exchange — Jewelry
1. We accept exchanges for jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges will be processed only after we receive the returned item.
Jewelry returned damaged or showing signs of use is not eligible for exchange or refund.
If the returned jewelry is damaged or shows signs of use, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange the item.

General Return Instructions
Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required and should be sent to our email ateliersumarokova@gmail.com
