Returns and refunds — Clothes

1. All of our clothes is handmade and made to order. That is why we do not accept returns, do not exchange items and do not issue refunds after the item is shipped.
2. If you cancel your order before we ship it, we will issue a 50% refund. The rest will partly cover the material and labor cost.
3. If you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, we will issue an 100% refund.


Returns and refunds — Jewelry

1. We accept returns for jewelry and refund 100% of its net cost (excluding delivery cost).
2. Jewelry can be returned or exchanged for another item within 14 days after delivery.
3. You are responsible for any shipping cost associated with the return or exchange.
4. We will issue a refund only after we receive the item from you.
5. If the jewelry returned is damaged or looks used, we won’t be able to issue a refund or exchange the item.


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
